Who is responsible for maintenance?
Blackstar Residential coordinates day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs. Responsibilities for major works are clearly outlined within the agreement.
How do I keep track of my property?
Landlords have access to a secure online client portal, providing:
- Payment statements
- Compliance certificates and documentation
- Property updates and key information
- Ongoing reporting and communication
This gives you full visibility while remaining completely hands-off.
Are there any fees?
No. There are no letting fees, management fees, or tenant sourcing costs. Your income is fixed and predictable.
Is my property regularly inspected?
Yes. We carry out regular inspections to ensure the property is well maintained and compliant.
